How often?

We highly suggest you get it once after 2+ months with no professional cleaning. or the first time we clean your place, in order to allow the regular cleanings to be done in the upcoming cleanings.

Regular Cleaning

Keep your house clean and tidy with a periodical cleaning.

This is the best choice after a house building or remodeling/restoring to make it an actual place to live in.

Includes:

Dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors (in every level), removing trash and debris out of the house, cleaning windows and mirrors, and vacuuming upholstery (if any). 

How often?

This is a one-time service every time you finish a construction or remodeling project.

Upcoming cleanings can be done with regular service.

Move-In/out Cleaning

Dusting, vacuuming carpets, vacuuming and mopping floors (in every level), cleaning bathrooms and kitchen areas, oven, fridge, microwave, cabinet cleaning, cleaning windows, blinds, cleaning door/window frames, baseboards, trash removal.

How often?

couple days before moving in, or couple days after moving out to assure there's nothing left in the place. Things left in the house/office are going to be considered trash except the ones in good shape; those may be donated to foundations.
